Peter Mazeika (President)

Peter is a licensed general contractor in Colorado who leads our company with a rare blend of construction expertise and financial acumen. His background includes significant roles at world-class organizations, including Deloitte & Touche and Goldman Sachs. This experience, coupled with a deep foundation in construction and real estate, ensures a strategic approach to every project. Peter holds an MS in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He resides in Evergreen, bringing local insight to our operations.

Wendy Vance (Managing Partner)

Wendy combines deep technical expertise with proven executive project leadership to drive success in every build. Holding an engineering degree from the University of Michigan, she brings two decades of high-level strategic sales and project management experience, ensuring that complex visions are executed efficiently and effectively. Wendy lives in Evergreen and enjoys serving our communities from the Front Range to the High Rockies.
